But I’m very good at dreaming ⠀⠀ When the fanfares fade and the last light dissolves beneath the circus tent, the little magician still believes that a miracle will come ⠀⠀ Perhaps one day, his magic wand will make the impossible come alive Or perhaps the truest kind of magic already lives within him - quiet, gentle, and real ⠀⠀ There is something almost painfully childlike in his smile - that quiet faith that if we wish for something hard enough, it will become real ⠀⠀ For a moment, he seems to forget that the world knows how to disappoint us, and returns to a place where dreams have not yet learned the word “never” ⠀⠀ And perhaps that is why the old circus continues to live Not in the loud applause or the bright lights of the ring, but in the heart of someone who still believes in magic, even when it has never come true
